CANISTER CLEANING

The smallest packaging at SenS are the jerrycans of 20 to 30 liters. In a fully automatic cleaning installation these cans will be cleaned on the outside and inside with high pressure, high temperature and a possible alkaline cleaner.

The following steps are performed during the cleaning process:

• Removal of sleeves or stickers
• Removal of glue and prints
• Preflush in the machine
• Inside and outside high pressure cleaning
• Drying by tilting
• Blow drying
• Visual end check
• Leak test
• Sorting by color and size
• Sealing on pallet
